The real
estate industry is constantly evolving. These days a realtor
may, and is often expected to, integrate such disciplines as
geography, marketing, finance, political science and law.
Realtors
not only help individuals buy and sell homes but also assist in the
relocation of their families and property. A Realtor can also
be a critical coordinator in the development of new homes and new
properties.
If you are
interested in becoming a realtor, visit the
Virginia Association of Realtors website. The website
contains tons of information on how to become a realtor and what it
evolves. It also encompasses the many benefits of being a
realtor in the state of Virginia.

Next you
will need to take the Real Estate Sales Person's examination.
When you have successfully completed the examination PSI will send
you a pass notice.
You are

Once you
